Services are designed in a way that respects and promotes independence as well as self-determination.

This program will develop individual and/or family service plans that will, as appropriate to the circumstances of the client, involve the client and other persons or authorities involved in the client’s care.Clients have a right to have their views heard and considered in decisions affecting them and that no retributive action will be taken due to the expression of those views.
